Based on the kinds of requests we're seeing, might it make sense to start coming up with a solutions base (and also a product log perhaps) for the various kinds of communications needs we're seeing? We've now seen at least 3 different kinds of requests:
1) Alternative Communications channels when facing jamming / interference (DAPL)
2) Internal communications when facing local communications overload (Women's March)
3) Resources for communicating outside of a region where regional interference is occurring (Gambia)
My guess is with a little noodling we can uncover a variety of both historic and potential scenarios where communications are challenged and have some ground-work around what to do about it.
