KnockEveryDoor looking for devs #48

hey prog coders! so we’ve been getting some awesome traction on this project — lots of people interested in canvassing and hosting canvasses, but that also means that we’re hitting some limitations with what we can do manually and need some help to automate part of our work.

one big thing that we need help with right now is to create a tool that will allow our super volunteers to get a list of local phone numbers near an event, so that they can then send it to our event hosts to help them recruit people for their canvasses.

we’re using ActionNetwork to store our signup data, and they have a great open API using the ODSI specifications. we’d like to take advantage of that so that we can shield the rest of the list from general access, and also so that volunteers don’t have to navigate the reporting interface to figure out how to get that list of phone numbers.

would anyone be able to help us on this?
