national-voter-file could use a little research help. We're looking at adding data that could be used to support school board level elections, but to do that we need to identify the appropriate census level information. Census has three levels, elementary district, secondary school district, and unified school district. I have identified that NY has school boards at the unified level (based on my knowledge of having lived there... but the city could be different).
