Current Volunteer Needs
Data Visualization/Designer, Front End Developer, and Back End Developer:
IssueVoter.org has been live since November 9 and wants to add some firepower to the many new features we want to build, especially those our users have been asking for! For example, adding Senators, bug fixes, and dashboard for stakeholders to view the data IssueVoter has collected from each Rep's constituents (anonymously, of course).
Ideally, IssueVoter hopes to find volunteers who will be able to dedicate 6-8 hours per week on this project. Job-sharing individual tasks among devs with similar skill sets on a task-by-task basis is also an option.
Note: Front-End developers should be comfortable using CSS frameworks to build a design from a PSD spec and build fully responsive websites, and experience with modular javascript, git, and github. Back-End developers must be proficient with Python/Django.
