Website: Better CodeLib explanation #8

Better explain what is or what should be done in the CodeLib. We have the CodeLib website, but it mainly focuses on the "How to compile" part.

I totally agree. This will be part of our documentation v2, so I will close this issue since it is superseded by #11).
