[Spell] Twist of Fate #460

Describe the bug The discipline/shadow priest talent Twist of Fate (https://www.wowhead.com/spell=109142/twist-of-fate) should trigger when healing a target below 35% HP for the discipline spec. It instead triggers on damaging a target below 35% HP.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Activate discipline spec
  2. Enable the Twist of Fate talent
  3. Damage a mob until it is below 35% HP
  4. Let the mob damage you until you're below 35% HP
  5. Heal yourself: Twist of Fate does not activate
  6. Damage the mob: Twist of Fate activates

Expected behavior Twist of Fate should activate when healing a target who's at <35% HP in discipline spec, and not when damaging a <35% HP target.

Additional context Talent works as intended in shadow spec (damage a target at <35% HP), but the behavior should be different in discipline spec.

Tested today again using Shadow Mend, Penance and Atorement healing (instead of Flash Heal) and it seems to trigger on healing events on targets at <35% HP, but it still triggers from damage events too.
