Cutscene/Quest: Lost in the Floods #820

When doing the quest objectives for "Lost in the Floods" (25187) the player is supposed to "" Look thru Binoculars "" Scouting for the people listed in the quest text, however when interacting with the quest item "Thonk's Spyglass" (52514) it auto completes the objectives
