High Priority: Silverpine Forest #827

Upon accepting "Resistance is Futile" (27423) Automatically as an AoE Quest Accept condition, an NPC "Deathstalker Commander Belmont" (45312) is supposed to follow and mildly assist you in combat until you hand in "Resistance is Futile" and "A Man Named Godfrey" (27406) Until you accept the quest "The Great Escape" (27438) at which point you will be picked up by a Valkyrie, and i assume "Deathstalker Commander Belmont" will despawn.

However the issue with this is "Deathstalker Commander Belmont" does not follow you, and cannot be located anywhere on the map (Ruins of Gilneas) making it impossible to complete not only this chain of quests, but from what i understand the entirety of Silverpine Forest because of the lack of Belmont

Some Testing might have to be done as i left the zone, abandoned the quest, and came back about an hour later and the NPC is now following me after picking up "A Man Named Godfrey"
