Quest: Deep Mine Rescue #829

During the Quest "Deep Mine Rescue" (28156) the NPC's that attack your escort have a PvP flag making it impossible to attack/kill. NPC's need the PvP tag removed from them. the NPC's in question are "Hillsbrad Miner" (2269)
