Quest/NPC: The Might of the Scourge #838

When turning in quest "The Might of the Scourge" (12657) look around as you will see a world of pure imagination.... alternatively you will see npc's stacked upon eachother, this is incorrect.

also when completing the quest a "Server Warning" saying "" Displays
