[x] Change the server response for all collections. The response must contain the following object: {count: number, items: []}
[x] Implement the functionality of obtaining only category names by endpoint /categories/names
[x] Add descriptions to routes

fixed property for Name field in model add descriptions for routes add route categories/names add findAllNames to controller add findAllNames to service fixed return object for collections add protection for CREATE endpoint. Only ADMIN can create category
