in modules add auth and user
move auth routes/controller/service to modules/auth
move user model/routes/controller/service/schemas to modules/user
fixed properties for field nativeLanguage in USER model

While making changes to the model, I also made a code refactor - I moved all the files regarding auth/user into separate modules. but since the development team uploaded changes to work with password encoding in old files, this caused many conflicts and I decided to close this pull request and create a new with changes only in the user model, which eliminates problems with registering a new user
