Acceptance criteria:
When a Guest scrolls down the home page, then he/she can see the home page “What can you do” block.

– the title text “What can you do” “Whether you’re looking for a tutor or looking to become one – you’ve come to the right place.”;
– the student registration block on the left;
– the tutor registration block on the right.
Student registration block contains the title text “Learn from experts”, image above the title, the “Learning from experts is a shortcut to mastery. Their knowledge and experience can guide you, unlocking your potential. Don't put off until tomorrow. Embrace it! 🌟” overview text and the “Become a student” registration button.
The “Become a student” registration button is clickable. When a Guest clicks on the “Become a student” registration button, then the Student Registration pop-up appears.
Tutor registration block contains the title text “Share your experience”, image below the title, the “Sharing your experience as an expert will be incredibly rewarding, helping students unlock their potential and achieve their goals. Don't waste your time 📚” overview text and the “Become a Tutor” registration button.
The “Become a Tutor” registration button is clickable. When a Guest clicks on the “Become a Tutor” registration button, then the Tutor Registration pop-up appears.
When a Guest hovers over the “Become a student”/”Become a tutor” registration button, then the color changes.
