As a tutor I want to create Quizzes which consist of Questions in my resources.

Acceptance criteria:

  1. When Tutor opens Quizzes tab Tutor should see a list of Quizzes The Mockups:

  1. When the Tutor clicks on New quiz button, Tutor should see fields for creating a new quiz The Mockups:
