I like what you've done with the preloader, but adding a custom one got me thinking, (this is really polish but whatever) what about having black drip down like paint untill the screen is covered and then go to menu? that would look cool...

It's possible, transitions are in order now that we're on the dev branch, so a drops transition state for all the states will be pretty awesome to have...

have you seen rxi's preloaders from ludum dare, they always look awesome:D

actually that reminds me, rxi was actually the reason I moved to haxe, I'd seen evoland, but it was seeing such cool little games made in a language that also looked cool that switched me over
