Currently, we follow up after 7 days of no activity on pull requests. If we don't hear back from the contributor 7 days later (a total of 14 days of no activity), we close the PR and unassign them from the issue. This helps us develop at a quick pace and helps to mitigate against assigned issues being not being worked on.
What we want
This should all be automated -- sending up the first follow up message, close the PR and unassigning the contributor from the issue.
