Train/test onboarding of site support #225

Look for and test system of on boarding a site supporter. Explain the way the site works, github/git and how to update the site with mark down.

Anasanse volunteered and we explored the existing system and processes. It ended proving that the github process of updating the site was too difficult for people not familiar with github. Alternative process and systems will need to be explored.
