Design and build prototype of a bounty-Tool #227

Community building of a community site is at the core of the community landing page experiment. Various iterations and experimentation of using bounties to reward participation have been trailed.

Early testing of a Github connected bounty-tool was built and tested. Further, a number of issues with the technical hurdles of engagement of non-technical community members and well as admin and upkeep of the bounty system were encountered. Resultantly, the steering team has decided to design and build a community bounty-tool that would assist with the creation and management of bounties.

Initial discussion with Yan from Eastern Town hall has lead to a use case within that group of the bounty-tool. Meaning that the desire to develop the tool for use beyond the community site is present.
