Summary

This PR aims to introduce the feature of editing a post within the application

Changes Made

The changes made to realize this was as follows:

Created a modal that will handle the UI for editing a post
Updated the post slice to handle the state update.
Modified formatTimestamp function to handle the editedTimestamp value
