This ticket is to implement the ability to mention other users in posts, replies and possibly messages by typing "@" followed by the user's username/display name.
Implementation:
When the user types the "@" symbol and a letter, an autocomplete dropdown should appear with a list of users matching the characters typed after the "@".
The user can select a name from the dropdown to complete the mention, which will be highlighted in the text field.
The mentioned user should be linked to their profile and route to their profile when clicked.
