Expanded post actions shift when the numbers change

STEPS:

1. Click on an expanded post
2. Like a post

OBSERVED:

• Since the like count changes, the text of the nearby buttons (ex. "likes", "replies", etc) also shift, which looks kind of ugly
• The spacing between the like action button and the reply action button is inconsistent with the rest of the spacing

EXPECTED:

• The individual text beside the numbers shouldn't shift. It would look better if the whole button shifts rather than the text
• Fix the spacing between the like action button and the reply action button. The spacing between all the buttons should be the same
