The rare mob does too much damage. It does more damage and has more health than an elite mob. It's a bit silly. .go xyz -6195.390000 -2991.350000 388.529000 0 3.688400

Could use a bit of tuning. 1.5k hp and 40-50 dmg per hit whereas mobs near him have 400 hp and 20 dmg per hit.
