Crudely-written Log - (12842) #1602

I'm horde, and was able to loot this. Don't think horde can use it?

Looted this but cannot use or start the quest

Item does stay in inventory after completing quest for no apparent reason.

This "Crudely-written Log" dropped for me and offers a quest, but says "You don't meet the requirements for that quest" when I try to activate it.

Dropped from High Chief Winterfall when its suppossed to drop only after you've done the quest to kill him.

Last comment is right, it should only drop after Winterfall Runners is complete, so that when you have the quest to slay the high chief he drops the log. The requirement mentioned works exactly like that on internal. You can only accept the quest from the log once you have completed Winterfall Runners.
