Not enough of this type of Yeti in the cave, have to clear whole cave 2-3 times waiting for respawns each time. allow other yetis to drop teeth.

Miserable drop rate

going to confirm this as this was the worst droprate to mob spawn ratio ive seen on epoch. However, this might be intended for players to grind on this quest for a long time.
