can be used multiple times on the same corpse

Item works on dead mobs

Can be used repeatadly on the same dead elemental

Might be a bug that it can be used on dead elementals.

Confirmed on internal. I'll group up all the quests here. The totem behaves the same way for all the 4 quests --> "Storm, Earth, Wind, and Fire" (btw the comma after Wind might be unnecessary). Quest IDs 27511, 27512, 27513, 27514

You can use the totem on dead elementals, and since there is no debuff applied, you can do that repeatedly on a single corpse to complete the quest.
