The oil spills are always out of range and the quest can not be completed

You can't use this item if it you have anyone or anything targeted. The quest item cannot be used if you don't hit esc first.

Some oil spills werent collectable but the quest can still be done

When critters turn hostile they root to the spot and can just be ignored.

Spill spots little tricky to use q item, u have to be on surface, under water out of range even if u are in the spot

if you have anything in target while attempting to use q item it will say target is to far, need to remove target to use this item

Some weird bugs with some oil patches being too far away when right on top of them

often out of range but i am standing right in it

Sometimes when cleaning oil the player gets doused in oil as well. But it doesn't seem to come with a debuff, which is kind of confusing.

Some of the oil spills don't appear to be functional.

Oil Absorber wont function if used while targeting something.

Quest cant be done becouse the item cant be used near the spills oils

Sometimes hard to find the right spot for the absorber to work

The quest item cannot be used on the oil spill if you're targetting something

Oil Absorber is sometimes "out of range" of the oil pool, even by being right on top of the oil pool.

If you have mob targeted while being close to a oil pool/spill the item will say out of range. If I untargeted the enemy it worked.

Some of the Oil wastes were unusable for gnome. Not sure if because they are partially underwater. After someone passed by and used them they worked after respawn.
