If you are in Water, leave the Water and Travel Form, if the form disappears, you retain Travel Form speed, goes away when you mount

Confirmed on internal, but somewhat difficult to replicate. As soon as you touch water, travel form is generally cancelled. If you cast travel form on the boundary between water and ground, and travel towards land, travel form might get cancelled due to touching water but you still retain the % movement speed increase.

This sort of mechanic might be similar to the crusader aura bug
