Confirmed on internal. Affects healing spells like in WoTLK, whereas on TBC it's only damage spells. Molten blast receives the mana cost reduction but does not consume clearcasting charges. The mana reduction seems to work though for affected spells.

I am unsure if Searing Totem/ Nova Flame totem are supposed to consume a charge. On Internal, they do take a charge, the utility totems do not. To my mind it works as intended, maybe @Hatson22 can chime in.

According to the Clearcasting spell ID aura, it's not supposed to effect Fire Totem costs, however, I don't think that's a bad feature at all to keep in. But oh boy, are there many more bugs with this talent, let me try to compile them all:

1) It affects Searing/Nova/Magma totem, although personally I feel this is a cool feature, and should just be kept as is. 2) It affects healing spells as well (isn't supposed to in TBC) 3) Molten Blast benefits from the cost reduction, but doesn't consume a charge. 4) Chain Lightning sometimes instantly consumes 1 charge when it crits. This happens every time if you already have 1 charge left on Elemental Focus, and then crit with Chain Lightning, you will refresh Elemental Focus, but only have 1 charge left, even though logically you should refresh to 2 charges when you get a spell crit. This can also sometimes happen even if you don't already have the Elemental Focus buff going; When one of the targets it bounced to got crit, but you only get 1 charge of Elemental Focus for it. 5) Elemental Focus has a weird behavior with Fire Nova Totem, where the mana cost on the tooltip of the spell is doubling the effects of any mana cost reductions (e.g. talents like Elemental Focus and Mental Quickness). Although this bug might just be on Fire Nova Totem itself, but it at least has an interaction with Elemental Focus here and is worth mentioning. 6) Elemental Focus (40% reduction) + Shamanistic Focus (60% reduction on Shocks) are supposed to stack additively for 100% mana cost reduction (free) on Shocks, while both buffs are up. However, currently on Epoch they are not stacking, despite the Shock tooltips saying they should cost 0 mana. Instead the game seems to use the mana cost of whichever buff was the most recent proc for the Shaman.

I'm sure there's more Elemental Focus bugs I'm forgetting right now. I'll keep adding them here if I remember more.
