Learned this without learning the Talent " Blessing of Kings

paladins have greater blessing of kings baseline, without having to get it in the talent tree

This spell is missing its prerequisite "Blessing of Kings" at the trainer, any pally can learn it without talent. Also not removed when resetting talents/swapping with dual spec.
