bugged when putting talent points in this, it unlearned the ranks instantly and lost the spent points

At the very least rank 1 does not proc.

Does not activate with Stormstrike, while Flurry and Shamanistic Focus do. Would be nice =D

Only rank 2-5 works, and only from white attacks, not SS or windfury.
