Interaction causing bug: Surge of Light Class: Priest Spec: Holy

'Your spell criticals have a 50% chance to cause your next Smite spell to be instant cast, cost no mana but be incapable of a critical hit. His effect lasts 10sec'

When this procs it also causes the priest ability Flash Heal to become instant and cost no mana.

Confirmed on internal, it also makes Flash Heal instant -- working like WoTLK instead of TBC version.
