A second in-game may be slightly shorter than a second in real l... #4221

A second in-game may be slightly shorter than a second in real life. Upon server restart my local time is exactly 2h ahead of realm time, however, over time the longer the server stays alive the more I can see that gap increase, e.g., right now I am 2h 24m ahead of realm time, instead of just 2h.

Expected: the time gap should be static.

This only happens if the player doesn't relog for a long time. Probably some delay updating the client with the server time, but it's back in sync if you logout or reload.

Actually, it's dev choice if they wanna do anything about it.

They don't.

I both caused this and will fix it because it annoys me.
