For some reason, these clam quest items (for Clam Bait) in their back left corner appear to provide Breath underwater similar to the bubbly fissures in the zone (which do not work). The area of effect is very small. The provided breath continues if you loot the clam.

Confirmed on internal.. strange. Objects are [Giant Softshell Clam].
