Confirmed 1) Boss evades and resets health if his current target is not in his Line of Sight 2) The East Wall spot he teleports is bugging his AI severely due to lack of pathfinding, he is evading and resetting there even if his target is inside LOS. Sometimes he also gets stuck up there while trying to reset and just resets in a random position: WoWScrnShot_062224_235819 3) Sometimes his mind control can affect 2 people at once

1) is strongly improved after last update, as the boss takes an extra 4seconds to start regen
