@Bunnyblock2 Is this intended behavior to prevent people raiding with external buffs? I believe all raid-wide buffs (the ones which require a reagent) disappear when leaving group.

Confirmed, all raid wide buffs i.e. priest Prayers, druid Gift, Greater blessings etc are currently dispelled if the buffer and the target are no longer grouped. This is not intended behaviour for tbc and isn't functionally helpful to prevent groups from utilizing external buffs from alts because the buff stays if the caster is offline in the raid.
