What an amazing catch. Needs to have a wand equipped to benefit from the bonus, however, confirmed on internal!

Later Edit: Same for Priest Wand Spec talent.

Increases all physical damage too, not that it holds much importance.

This seems to affect all effects that increase damage with specific weapon types. Hunter Ranged Weapon Specialization also increases melee damage for example. Adjusting the labels.
