Quets Plundering Pirates when picked up in Steamwheedle Port shows the quest header 'Elwynn Forest' this seems incorrect.

Not sure where you get it from, but quest ID 27241 does indeed appear under Elwynn Forest. It also has a small typo in the first line "received from word from".
