the rare mob dread whisper in wpl instantly despawned after being killed

Does not instantly despawn, however it gives no loot even after the loot rework on 16 June.

Has no loot data in TC or vMangos. Likely gonna just need to slap on a custom table despite it being a blizzard mob.

On further investigation this isn't a loot issue. The mob as a whole should not exist and also isn't spawned in vMangos. No known location on wowhead, basically no known loot. Reeks of some left over artifact of a time gone by.

Based on his wowhead loot table, he might be some Hallow's End event stuff? Probably deprecated, but he drops Pumpkin Bag oO https://www.wowhead.com/tbc/npc=1849/dreadwhisper#drops;mode:normal
