Lvl 57 Shadow Priest killed this creature of Level 55. Either Penance is really strong or this creature needs to be tuned. I'm quite shocked I killed a beefy melee creature as caster .go xyz -8159.050000 -2352.290000 129.878000 0 1.571010

Their tooltips don't show their eligibility for "Dragonfire" quest - just like every other dragonkin in the area .go xyz -8176.940000 -2287.220000 133.366000 0 4.792820

  1. this is a non issue I farm these solo in classic.

  2. confirmed at least for me.
