Sunken Temple Bugs-

Could not click alter to turn in "Into the Depths" after a party member already clicked it and summoned the boss.

After killing the berseking troll boss in the basement the statue to turn in "Secret of the Circle" did not spawn and therefor quest could not be completed.

Confirmed on internal. If you input the word and summon the boss, the altar becomes uninteractible and you cannot turn in "Into the depths". Consider making the altar interactible but remove the option to input the code after you correctly inputted it once.
