This rare's HP is rather low compared to surrounding enemies. Also it did not drop anything when killed. .go xyz -8384.840000 -3069.570000 8.435480 1 4.871820

The low HP seems intended per wowhead. I could not get him to cast bloodlust on internal (AT ALL), but if somehow he casts it he might cast it on players. Also, it seems like the mob needs to be neutral, and not hostile. https://youtu.be/zMqQFZc3ht4
