Sometimes after stunning a mob, they will turn around 180 degrees while stunned and when trying to backstab it will only go through if im standing in front of the mob instead of behind the mob.

This is steadily reproducible in a rather peculiar way.

Each enemy has a default position they are facing to while they are not engaged. Take this Shadow Mage here as an example, she is static and facing north: WoWScrnShot_090524_144244 If I engage this enemy from my current position, she is not forced to turn in order to attack me. Using a stun effect on her would cause no problems, she will remain facing me while stunned: WoWScrnShot_090524_144339 However, if I engage her from behind, so that she turns around to attack me, when I stun her, she gets turned back: WoWScrnShot_090524_144525 NPCs that patrol behave the same way except it's more difficult to tell what their default direction is, so their behavior often feels random. This seems to be a purely visual issue which however greatly confuses backstabbing rogues and shredding druids and is therefore affecting gameplay. From what I can gather it existed on blizzard too, however got fixed, but made a reappearance in Classic: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/stun-turn-around/305793/9
