Track humanoids (in cat) behaves funky. It's enabled once before but when you go out and in cat form again its not enabled (prob due to being on the gcd and thats fine if intended). But after some time it is automatically used/enabled, sometimes in middle of combat, causing you to be locked for a gcd at random

This is happening and the time intervals before it decides to turn on seem entirely random. Sometimes a few seconds, sometimes long minutes. As of patch 1.12.1 this tracking should just automatically turn on when in cat form if you had it on before and if you don't have anything else tracked. It shouldn't trigger an extra GCD and shouldn't in any way interfere with powershifting. Spell ID 5225
