Enchanter can transmute Small shard to Large shard 1 by 1, i thi... #7785

Enchanter can transmute Small shard to Large shard 1 by 1, i think it supposed to be 3 or 4 to 1 (Small Brilliant shard to Large Brilliant Shard) but it is the same formula for Radiant, Glowing and Glimmering shards.

Would probably make more sense 3 to 1.
