While on a flight path (taxi) can switch paladin auras but they do not apply the buff.

Flight paths seem to temporarily dispel paladin auras, then reapply them when you land. Switching auras mid flight does not show up immediately but after landing you get the correct (new) aura applied. I can't tell if this is a hackfixed state of the original issue or it always worked this way, but functionally it's fine. A little confusing perhaps to paladins because they can't tell which aura is active until they land. If possible to let aura stay while on flight that would be obviously better, but not a big issue.
