Reflective Shield (Spell ID 33205) only works if the shield is cast on the priest #8309

This spell is currently showing Wrath behavior, only reflecting damage if the priest shields themselves. In BC, it should reflect damage off any target the priest shields with Power Word: Shield (Spell ID 10901).
