Demonic Sacrifice (18788) still goes into the Demo tab of the spellbook and has tooltip for Felguard #8390

As a destruction talent, it should be going in the Destruction tab now. Tooltip also needs updating, as a Destruction capstone it can no longer be used together with Felguard.
