The Ghostly Spectralfish's loot table is incorrect or the chance is far too low. Over 1000 casts in Deadwind Pass and no Spectralfish just gray loot.

It could be the fish is a night time or day time only fish but the quest does not state that.

Is now possible after the partial fishing fix and a lure.
