Bless Water (new Priest spell) ranks all have the same cast time no matter what level you're at #8413

According to Eredun, the spell cast time was supposed to go down with levels, but currently all the ranks (no matter what level) are a 3 second cast time.

Here's a video that showcases the cast time at the end. Also showcases a related issue with Holy Water's AoE size. In-game tooltip says 10yd but the actual effect in-game is only 5yd. This is actually a blizzlike error, but it would be good to fix on Epoch. Personally I think Holy Water should be stronger than Priest's Bless Water, of course. Holy Water for example is supposed to scale with spell damage, while Bless Water doesn't.
