Urok Doomhowl quest completed, but we cannot turn this quest, because mob do not come after event + we went back, he transforms, but still cannot talk with him .go xyz 64.322700 -499.771000 29.208600 229 3.511010

Urok Doomhowl quest didnt work. Mob didnt come after ogr event and we cannot complete quest .go xyz 60.774400 -497.514000 29.224300 229 2.523820

seems only one can turn this quest in at a time. he should maybe turn back into his old form after x time or allow people to turn in the quest after he transforms as well.
